Shashibo Battle Shapes is a puzzle game with magnetizing twists and turns. It’s a battle of brains to see who can accumulate the most points by creating shapes the fastest! The game features a deck of cards showcasing a different Shashibo shape on each card and a point system for easy, moderate, or difficult shapes. Special wild cards are also included. Players flip the Battle Coin to determine a solo or battle round and then draw a card and compete to see who can create the shape first and fastest! The game set includes 2 matching Shashibo magnetic puzzle cubes with a special edition design, a deck of cards, a minute glass timer, a special edition Battle Coin and a bell. Each shape card features a QR code linked to a video so players can learn how to make the shape.

Spin-balls, LLC dba Fun in Motion Toys products may not be offered for resale on any third party website (i.e., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). If items should be listed, Fun In Motion Toys reserves the right to have said listing permanently removed. No additional product will be available to customer with listings found on any third-party website.

Ordering and Minimums

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Fun In Motion Toys.

• Minimum order: $150 per shipping destination.

• Less than minimum orders are subject to a service charge of $15.

• NSF checks are subject to $45 service charge.

• Returns will not be authorized for past-due accounts.

• Fun In Motion Toys requires credit references and a backup payment method on file for all accounts requesting NET terms (NET 30 days).

• Credit terms are subject to change without prior notice.

• No deductions or allowance will be honored on past-due accounts.

• Continuation of credit is contingent on keeping an account current.

• Orders marked “SHIP ASAP” for immediate delivery may not be cancelled.

• Orders for delayed shipment must be cancelled in writing and received by Fun In Motion Toys, no less than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled ship date.

In compliance with state laws, Fun In Motion Toys requires a current and valid resale or tax exemption certificate on file prior to shipment. Please note, we will not accept a resale certificate, tax registration certificate, sale/use tax permit, etc. in lieu of a signed resale or tax exempt certificate. For those customers not possessing a resale certificate, Fun In Motion Toys shall charge the customer applicable sales tax.

Payment

• Terms are based on the specific customer account.

• All accounts without approved terms are required to pre-pay for each order via a credit card at the time of shipping. American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card are all welcome.

• Any order that is prepaid will stay as an open order in our system until all items on said order have shipped and the prepayment balance has been exhausted with the products on order.

• All past due accounts will be placed in a hold status. Any new order(s) received by Fun In Motion Toys from that account will not be accepted until the open balance is made current.

• A late charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum, or less if restricted by law) may be charged to all past due invoices and balances

• Freight allowances will be honored only on invoices paid within terms.

Freight Terms

• Standard Freight Terms: 10% shipping charge on net 30 orders; 5% shipping charge on credit card orders.

• Fun In Motion Toys will use its own contract carrier unless otherwise specified by the customer in writing. If an alternate carrier is requested, the customer will be billed for any excess freight charges incurred.

Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Those prices in effect at time shipment shall apply.

Backorders

• Backorders will be shipped at the time the product requested in made available in inventory to ship.

• Backorders will be shipped under same terms as the original order.

• Backorders of $50 or less may be cancelled.

Customer Service

• Returns must be preauthorized. A credit will be applied to the customer’s account and may be applied to future orders or any open invoices if they exist.

• A 25% restocking fee may be applied to all refused shipments, non-defective returns, and or unauthorized shipments.

• Any claims for shipment shortage must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS.
