Bio I’ve spent the last eleven years as a print designer, production artist and art director in Chicago. I’ve currently relocated to a warmer, sunnier location, St. Petersburg, Florida. I’ve designed everything from catalogs to truck wraps with extensive experience on all Adobe Creative Suite software and with a range of print media. I even dabble a little in digital photography.

My take on myself I don’t like labels, I like living outside of them. And I think that’s because I’m ever changing my own view of myself. I’ve always been a bit modest about my title as a Graphic Designer. To me, that means I’m a “grown up”... that I have a career. I still find a slight meekness in announcing it, even after a decade in this business. Perhaps I’m just not comfortable in my skin yet. Or, it could mean that I’m still trying to find out who I am. I think that through life, we’re ever changing. We find out who we are at the end of the journey. At the end of the road, there is a beautifully written summary (in the big book of life) of who we were, what we accomplished, how we loved, lived, made a difference. I don’t know who I’ll be next week, next year, when I’m eighty-two. But as sure as the sun, I’ll continue to document it all, just so I can continue pushing myself and see how far this so-called talent will take me. I know that being a designer doesn’t define who I am. I’d like to think that I’m just a girl looking for happiness and relishing beauty in the small things... all while enjoying the work that I do. And I’d like to physically see it all. That’s probably the designers eye in me. If I can’t see it, it’s not “designed.” What I do know about myself as a designer is that I’m always finding myself tweeking paragraphs to make sure there are no widows, orphans, breaks, stacks, or rivers, that I am of a firm belief that there is a difference between an inch mark and a quotation mark, and with that... there is beauty... even in the smallest of details.
