Your Thirty-One Party!

Thank you so much for booking a party with me! I LOVE sharing Thirty-One with others, so these parties are very fun for me! Part of my job is helping you to make the MOST out of your party! More sales during your party mean more FREE and half-priced items for you! My goal is to make this a FUN experience for you and to help you get to $600 in orders!

Here’s what you can expect from me: 1) I will set up your party link on my website for online ordering. a. My website is: www.mythirtyone.com/ErinHoeptnerLynn b. Go to “My Scheduled Parties” and find your party! c. You can pass this on to your friends before the party so they can browse and shop if they want!

2) I will set up your Facebook Event for you and will send a week before your party starts.

3) I will send you an email and text invite for you to use to easily invite your friends.

Here is your part as hostess: 1) Share the catalog with your friends/family before the party – carry the minis with you and hand them out!

2) Invite your friends to your Facebook Event & be involved in your event (post a few times, comment on my posts).

3) Pick 10-15 friends and send them a PERSONAL text about the party (you can use the one I send you if you want).

4) Start shopping, make your wish list, and send it to me! I will help you get everything on your list!

Important Information: 1) All orders will be placed online using your party link. If someone wants you to order for them, they can write YOU a personal check and you can enter their order through the party link.

2) Shipping options: a. Guests can choose to ship directly to their house (“Direct Ship”) or “Ship to Consultant/Hostess” b. Direct Ship orders will have an added $4 fee, but is necessary if guest cannot pick up from you or myself.

3) Even though your Facebook party is only a couple days, your party really starts from the time you get this packet! Your friends and family can begin ordering online as soon as I get you your party link!

Tips for having an AWESOME party!!

Now is your chance to get as much FREE stuff as possible and I want to help you do that!

 Invite your friends & family (I recommend around 50 people). o Send email invites – these invites will contain a direct link for your guests to shop from your party. o Use the Text invite to send personal invites to 10-15 friends (or as many as you can) to really let them know you’re excited about your party and hope they can join.  Collect 3-5 orders BEFORE your party starts o This helps you get your party off to a great start and gets your friends excited! o Share the catalog, mini catalogs, and your shopping link with your friends/family. o We can always make changes to those orders, so if they decide to add more later, they can! Their card also won’t be charged until your party closes.  Post in your FB Event o Once your FB event is created and you invite your friends to it, post in the event to WELCOME your guests. Let them know how excited you are. Post a picture of your favorite 31 items if you have them and let them know what you love about them.  Be actively involved in your FB Event o The way Facebook works is that your friends are more likely to see posts from you than from me. They are also more likely to see posts that you are commenting on. So, I encourage you to comment on every post if you can! If you see something that you think a friend might like, TAG them in that post! o When you’re involved, not only will your friends see more of our posts/products, but the party is just more FUN!
