ILLUSTRATION
SERENA WILLIAMS An illustration originally created for an infographic turned out to be published in a children’s book to help raise confident girls, Good Night Stories for Rebel Girls.
LITTLE
RED RIDING HOOD
Designed this illustrative poster using a pictorial modernism flare, inspired by the work of the Beggarstaff Brothers.
HAND
LETTERING
HARVEST This was the first typographic piece that I made which started my interest in hand lettering. The assignment was to chose a word or phrase that describes me and hand letter it. I decided on the word Harvest. I have always believed that hard work and trying my best will accumulate into a great end result. You do the hard work the best you can and then you collect your harvest.
KING The King typography was designed with a mind-set of luxuriousness, lavish, and lush qualities.
INTO THE DEEP Designing my name with a phrase or sentence that I can relate to. Using the first letter of my first name as a drop cap and staining the paper with coffee to get an old look.
FRENCH TOAST Designing a breakfast food type. Trying to keep things French, as well as, adding in some country charm.

Ireland A mother’s dream to take her daughters to Ireland came true. This photo gallery is an attempt to capture the Irish beauty and mysteries of the Land of Erin’s ancient history.
A Castle View Dunluce Castle sitting on Northern Ireland’s costal cliffs offered the best view’s that you could only expect a mythical castle to possess. The North Atlantic ocean stretches as far as the eye can see. Then as you take in the view, you meet your neighbor, a natural land bridge slowing forming by the force of the waves.
Glendalough’s Rest Ancient monastic grounds cover the surface of Glendalough National Park. Remnants of a fortress that once protected the treasures of the monastery still stand tall today. It overlooks grand and vibrantly colored hillsides of greens, golds, and burgundies. A small cemetery rests on site, some tombstones are so old the inscriptions are worn clean off which makes their residents unknown.
A Time for Every Season Just as Ecclesiastes chapter three says, “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven...” Here are a few photos of different ways to track time, seasons, and purposes. On the right is a Monk’s tomb with a beautiful relief that displays details from his life’s purpose.
Cliffs of Moher After a full itenerary of site seeing, the day was coming to a close and I found myself on the Cliffs of Moher with the women I love most watching the sun sink into the ocean.
The Royal’s Church Placed prominently on a high hill stood the Rock of Cashel. Just beyond the castle’s stonewalls sits the royal’s church.
The Bridge Home The cool stream slips beneath this arched bridge which leads to a small town of comfy sitting rooms, cozy firesides and political conversations.
China Invited to a destination wedding, I had the opportunity to capture a trip from Beijing to Nanjing in a few frames.
The Great Wall The overwhelming majestic view matched the overwhelming challenge of taking on a section of the great wall. I have never walked so many steps in my whole life, over 100 stories of stairs in one afternoon! As Mao Zedong, the father of Communist China, put it, “He who has not climbed the Great Wall is not a true man.
Festivities A trip out with the family. The candy man performs his sweet craft while his audience intently watches. His routine proves successful as parents purchase this tasty treats for their children to enjoy during a musical performance.
The Alley Way Humble occupations and harsh exteriors settled in the backstreet’s of Beijing.
