1. PRIMARY SHOWROOM DISPLAY LOCATIONS Feature wall The ideal placement for the Brizo® wall display is in a feature zone, where it enjoys a highly visible sightline from store entry and close to — but not against — the main aisle. Other considerations are to be near “best in class” environment displays and within easy access of sales associates.

2. SECONDARY SHOWROOM DISPLAY LOCATIONS Perimeter wall If a feature wall is unavailable, place the display on a perimeter wall with clear visibility from the main aisle or main traffic flow. Avoid placement behind tall displays, around corners or facing away from the main traffic flow.

3. TERTIARY SHOWROOM DISPLAY LOCATIONS Corner display If required, a 12' or 16' display may be divided and placed in an inside corner location. Maintain sightline integrity so the customer can take in the display as they approach. Preferably don't face the display away or position it around outside corners.

AMBIENT LIGHTING
Illuminating an object of desire
Creating a warm, overall environment
Accent lighting makes a desired object brighter than the available ambient light so that it commands the customer’s attention. A warm color rendition of 3500K simulates lighting from most residential environments. If using track lighting, utilize a track light system that is 12' long, installed 9'-10' above the floor and about 4' from the face of the display.
Store environments typically have adequate ambient lighting, ideally with a color rendition at or near 3500K which is used in our BrizoÂŽ displays. Colors and skin look more natural and warm at 3500K, which is similar to daylight.
COLOR PALETTE Allowing paint to set the right tone A neutral wall color allows the display to come forward visually, keeping the products as the hero. As a suggestion, these two colors work in harmony with the program. Your local paint supply store should be able to accurately color match these Pantone® swatches. PANTONE® 2330 C

Using white space to tell a story
Curating the luxury product assortment
It’s vital to maintain adequate white space around the product. Not only does the open staging raise the perceived value of the product, it also makes the display easier to view.
The supplied planograms ensure that products are grouped in a meaningful way to tell cohesive collection stories. If additional BrizoÂŽ products are introduced, ensure ample space is maintained.
ADJUSTABLE CROSSBARS Flexibility in product positioning Product panels hang on crossbars, which along with shelves, are vertically adjustable in 1" increments. Shelves and crossbars are secured in place by concealed uprights.
SIZES & SPACING Dedicated product mounts The clear product mounts should be spaced appropriately on each shelf to avoid handles touching and to allow for clear product viewing.
FLEXIBLE FOR FUTURE UPGRADES An evergreen system The system may be easily reconfigured for new product introductions or planogram updates.

EVALUATING THE SHOWROOM A system for every space After determining how many linear feet can be devoted to the bath and kitchen collections, use the chart on the following page to locate the options that fit the showroom. A 2' Add-On Module is offered as well to accommodate incremental space. The displays are most impactful when positioned together but can be used individually if necessary.

Ensure aisle width follows ADA guidelines
To utilize the wall system, a minimum ceiling height of 8' is required. Two header options are available to fully realize the visual impact of the system. For lower ceilings, the Mobile Cart, Kitchen or Bath Half Wall and Slatwall Systems are effective alternatives.
Ideal aisle space in front of the fixture is 48'' to encourage dwell time. See illustration above for specific minimums to meet ADA requirements.

BUILT TO FIT
Identify the display configuration that fits each specific showroom.
When selecting your configuration, add an additional 2'' of height and 1" of width for each module to accommodate uneven floors in the showroom. Account for an additional 3'' of height if selecting an overhead lamp.

MOBILE CART Portable and versatile, the Mobile Cart is an impactful, secondary showpiece. It can cross-merchandise products and provide unique, incremental product placement.
MOBILE CART The Mobile Cart has adjustable shelves that may be arranged to hold kitchen or bath products. The versatile side panel can display BrizoŽ showering or accessory products. It can also be fitted with a vertical graphics panel instead to provide significant visual impact. Conveniently, it utilizes Brizo’s standard product mounts.

PREPARING FOR DELIVERY A few items to ensure a seamless installation
Facilitating Delivery
Hours of Operation
In order to prepare adequately for the delivery of display materials, the installation company will be taking photos as part of an on-site survey.
Please inform the installation company of the hours the showroom is open or available to receive deliveries and to have the installation crew on-site.
Areas of interest will be the loading dock and the ability of a showroom's parking lot to accommodate a 53' truck. If the facility cannot accept a large truck, the company will identify what size truck will fit.
Electrical Needs
Photos will be needed of the pathway from the unloading of materials to the installation of displays.
Display Fixture Location Key measurements of height, width and depth of installation space will be taken along with photography to identify any obstacles or unique features that could hinder installation. Specifically, please take note of any soffits, plumbing, electrical, trim, hanging lights or ductwork.
Flooring Take note of flooring that is in the installation area to ensure that it is in good repair.
Painting Complementary wall colors have been provided in the merchandising guide. Please have the wall prepped and painted prior to delivery. If necessary, the walls around the displays may be painted after installation, taking proper care to protect the new displays.
See page 73 to reference the required electrical drops for the displays. Access for electrical should be at the preferred locations on the wall, but ceiling drops are an additional option if available. All electric needs will be the responsibility of the showroom and should be completed prior to the delivery of the new displays.
Re-Mounting BrizoÂŽ Products The new display program will utilize your existing clear product mounts for lavatory faucets. Kitchen products that are currently on the planogram will be provided with new product mounts, and all other Brizo products that are currently in your showroom will be reused on-site from the existing display to the new display during installation. The site for remounting product needs to be determined before the installation team arrives. If new products are needed, you will need to place an order. The order should be placed in the Delta Faucet Company's order entry system at least 3 weeks prior to installation to allow time for products to arrive from the Jackson plant.

1. Refer to the most recent planogram to determine missing product; order any tub/shower, wall mount, hand shower, accessory, lavatory or kitchen product that is needed to complete the display. 2. Place order using Delta Faucet Company's order entry system; use the rep agency regular account (starting with “3”) SO doc type as a chargeable order. 3. Do not exceed the budgeted amount for each showroom tier level. If more product is needed, order using agency no charge funds or charge to the showroom.
1. Order modules and mobile cart displays individually (i.e. Qty (1) 4' Collections Module; Qty (1) Mobile Cart, etc.) and select appropriate header, logo and lighting options per showroom. 2. Each module and mobile cart display comes with components kitted as shown in Bath/Kitchen/Mobile Cart sections. 3. For extra components, order the display parts individually (reference display components index for part numbers). 4. All 4' Kitchen Modules ship with mountings on acrylic slabs; available kitchens are part of standard planogram.
5. Enter order a minimum of 3 weeks before installation date.
5. If 2' Add-On, 4' Half Wall or Mobile Cart (intended to show kitchen product) is ordered, specify which slabbed kitchens to ship from standard planogram.
6. Once the agency receives the invoice for extra product, submit a claim to: wendy.nichols@deltafaucet.com
6. Once the display modules order is submitted, that showroom goes into queue to schedule the survey appointment with the installer.
4. Ship order to either agency or showroom location.
7. Once survey is complete, the installation will be scheduled.

All existing Brizo® product in the showroom will be remounted by the installers. Products to be remounted include: showering components, wall mount lavs, and accessory product.

Existing lavatory product that is mounted on acrylic slabs will be reused with new display system.
•
Kitchen product will be replaced with new kitchen product mounted on acrylic slabs.
•
Installation company will repack standard planogram kitchen product mounted on the old pod system to recycle for other showrooms. If customer wants to keep non-standard planogram kitchen product, it can be shipped back to Niven to be mounted on acrylic slab.
