FidrenÂŽ Polvere FidrenÂŽ powder, thanks to the many active substances contained in it (Calendula, rice starch, corn starch, glycine, kaolin, zinc oxide, allantoin, triethyl citrate), guarantees the hygiene of the delicate and sensitive skin, gives the skin protection and softness and helps to improve the state of dystrophic skin. It avoids maceration, hinders the bacterial fermentation of perspiration, prevents the development of unpleasant odors. And it's indicated in all cases in which excessive perspiration and rubbing can cause irritation or unpleasant sensations. FidrenÂŽ powder forms on the skin a dry and uniform film which ensures protection from sweat. It's specifically formulated for armpits, skin folds, anogenital area, between toes. It's suitable for children, seniors, sports, long-term patients, obese, incontinent people. Bacteria present on the skin surface have enzymes that digest the sweat components resulting in the production of particular compounds (free fatty acids) which are the real culprits of our smell. The reaction is preferably carried out by these enzymes in hot humid environment and in the alkaline pH conditions. The Triethyl Citrate, attacked by bacteria present on the skin surface, absorbs, through the formation of complexes, the derivatives of malodorous enzymatic degradation. From the degradation of Triethyl Citrate molecule originates citric acid. Citric acid lowers the pH of the area by preventing the formation of short-chain fatty acid cause of the bad smell.

Conclusions Respectively integration of Iron, Vitamin C and magnesium, such as that present in the Matervit® (30 mg, 70 mg, 150 mg) is able to reduce the incidence of anemia, especially in the last trimester of pregnancy and prevent muscle disorders , such as cramps and an increase in blood pressure. The presence of high doses of Magnesium in synergistic action with Vitamin B6, zinc and copper, makes the Matervit® elective to alleviate premenstrual syndrome taking two capsules a day.

Several factors can affect the balance of the cardiovascular system and the vascular endothelial function by altering the production of chemical mediators capable of adjusting the diameter and the elasticity of the vessels. The chemical mediators can be distinguished in vasodilators, which possess anti-proliferative, anti-thrombotic and anti-atherogenic effects, and vasoconstrictors, which instead have opposite function. Endothelial alterations arise when prevail pro-coagulant and pro-inflammatory activity . While a poor diet, poor lifestyle habits (sedentary lifestyle, etc ...) can cause a level of cholesterol accumulation predisposing vascular thrombotic events of various kinds, depending on the district in which they're going to happen (the lower limbs, heart, brain). The results of in vitro study on Idrastin®Siero and Idrastin®Gemme They are the result of a collaborative project between the Research Society Microna srl and the Center for the Evaluation of Toxicologic Risk of the University of Milan in order to assess the potential of cosmetic products for topical use through the use of reconstructed human skin models (EpiDerm ™, EpiDerm Full Thickness ™). The products subject to the investigation were Idrastin® Siero and Idrastin® Gemme. Idrastin® Siero showed a recovery of 388.71% and the data obtained suggest that the formulation proves to possess a good protective activity of keratinocytes. Idrastin® Gemme instead, showed a recovery of 237.10% and also for this formulation can evaluate a protective activity of keratinocytes. For regenerating effect, with Idrastin® Siero we have seen a 40% increase in collagen release in medium; a 10% increase in the release of collagen in tissue. After 5 days of treatment, in medium: 80% increase compared to the baseline and in the tissue: + 12% compared to baseline. After 5 days of treatment with the formulation Idrastin® Gemme in the medium: more than 100% increase from baseline and in the tissue + 39% compared to baseline. And yet, after 8 days of treatment, in the medium a further increase of 56% . Overall the increase of collagen release was 70% in the medium and of 18% in the tissue. The study authors have reached the conclusion that this study has amply demonstrated protectiveregenerating-antinflammatory activity of the two products designed for topical use and their densification action of the dermis .
