Specializing in full service projects - I've helped realize some of the finest Class A O ice, Multi-Family, Hospitality, Interior and Retail spaces across the globe through all design phases. Currently the senior designer for a high profile o ice tower repositioning on Wall Street, the largest unoccupied building in the country, leading all design e orts from DD now into CA. I've built an excellent repertoire with all consultants, clients, and contractors - preparing and leading coordination, design, and site/OAC meetings. I have managed multiple junior sta over the project course learning to e iciently review and divide work, give clear direction, and mentor in a meaningful way.

Furthermore I've single-handedly secured over 500,000sf of new local residential work for the firm this year alone through feasibility studies for prospective clients. Studying local zoning, planning, and presenting deliverables which secured firm contracts for further design developement. I'm a rare hybrid of designer, and project manager which allows me to create beautiful unique designs in an e icient schedule conscious manner. When combined with my exceptional presentation and people skills I have become an invaluable asset for any team.
