THE LEGACY Looking back at our family heritage and outdoor sports in general, we always come back to the same question; Why did mountain people in the past prefer knickerbockers? To find out, we developed the first truly technical knickerbockers and took them to Antarctica for testing Our findings resulted in THE 3-PART FORMULA which we have been perfecting ever since.

HEROES Rugged Heritage The Heroes Anorak is designed from the original anoraks worn by Amundsen and his men during the South Pole conquest in 1911. The oversized unisex Anorak features no technical elements, yet protects you against the elements in the simplest way. Carefully sewn in a tough cotton/linen blend coated with a natural wax. The wax will wear off over time, reducing the water resistance. The garment should therefore be rewaxed from time to time to retain the desired balance between water resistance and breathability. As hood trim Coyote fur is the natural choice to protect your face from tough winter conditions. The fur that we use is acquired in Canada in the most humane ways from wild animals only, and follows the guidelines of the Fur Council of Canada. Featuring the Antarctic tartan lining. natural

FUSION When the whole is greater than the sum of its parts We often find ourselves discussing which is the best fabric for our various outdoor activities. Is it 3-layer fabrics? Softshells? Cottons or even wool? Is it better to have insulated garments or not? We realize that all the above have their advantages and disadvantages. 3-layers are unequalled for waterproof, cottons for breathability, softshells for stretch and comfort, and wool for warmth. They are split under the knees by elastic zippers, and can be worn equally well as a knickerbocker alone and with the gaiters. This is what we call innovation through tradition and has no equals on the market. The highly stretchable and breathable softshell, is dyed in a unique process where several similar colours are used without mixing with each other. This ensures that the yardage is never the same, and again that all garmets are unique. Gives both a worn and weathered look.

F U S I O N S P L I T- PA N T S One-of-a-kind The split pants, are our version of a pant look with all the benefits of the knickerbocker and gaiter. They are split under the knees by elastic zippers, and can be worn equally well as a knickerbocker alone as full pants with the gaiters. This is what we call innovation through tradition and has no equals on the market. The highly stretchable and breathable softshell, is dyed in a unique process where several similar colours are used without mixing with each other. This ensures that the yardage is never the same, and again that all garmets are unique. Gives both a worn and weathered look.

During outdoor activities, the individual is exposed to varying climatic conditions and levels of physical exertion. c_change TM, the membrane technology from schoeller, reacts to the different temperatures and activities. As soon as greater moisture is produced as a result of a higher prevailing temperature or greater body heat, the membrane structure opens and allows excess heat and water vapour to escape to the outside air. As soon as the body produces less heat energy, and consequently less moisture, the membrane structure contracts again. Body heat is then stored and protection from shivering and chilling built up. INSPIRED BY NATURE c_change TM, the new membrane technology from schoeller takes nature as its role model. Or more precisely, the effect which, for example, can be observed in pine cones which open and close in response to different weather conditions.

REACTS TO CHANGING TEMPERATURES AND ACTIVITIES The c_change TM membrane reacts to different prevailing conditions. It takes into account not only the temperature but also humidity and body moisture.
