Competition guidelines Award for Top Tweeting Class An award will be given to the graduating class that sends the most messages about the 18th Annual Conference via Twitter from 1st May 2013, during the conference itself and then until 9.00 am on 31st May 2013. Requirements: 

Tweets must be published using a Twitter profile with identifiable names and surnames, not using corporate profiles.

Tweets must include the official hashtag of the 18th Annual Conference: #esadealumni2013

Tweets must also include a hashtag identifying the graduation class, for example: #PMD08 #Lic&MBA93 #MBA11 Please note that the same hashtag must always be used. We recommend that the members of each graduating class agree on a hashtag beforehand, as different hashtags cannot be accepted even if they are sent by people in the same graduating class.

Award for Best-Represented Graduating Class in the Photocall All alumni representing their graduating class must be registered for the 18th Annual Conference and pose for a group photograph after the event. They will have to identify themselves as taking part in the competition, nominate a person who can be contacted on behalf of the group, and state the graduating class they represent (programme name and graduation year) and the number of participants.

Award for Most Original Photograph All alumni registered for the 18th Annual Conference can take part individually or as a group, whether they are from the same graduation class or not. The only requirement is being an ESADE alumnus or student. Participants must go to the photocall and identify themselves as taking part in the competition and give their name and graduating class. Originality will be taken in to account rather than the number of participants.

All photographs will be published on the official online platforms, and a selection will appear in the ESADE Alumni magazine. By taking part in the photocall, alumni give their consent to ESADE Alumni to use and disseminate these images in all corporate media and devices both online and offline (websites, social networks, magazine, leaflets, annual reports, etc.).

Competition results After the 18th Annual Conference, ESADE Alumni will study all the tweets sent and all photographs taken during the conference. The winners will be announced and their photographs will be published on all ESADE Alumni platforms. The nominated representatives of the graduating classes will also be contacted.

Prizes: Award for Top Tweeting Class: The winners will receive a cheque for â‚Ź200 valid for a gin and tonic tasting. Award for Best-Represented Class in the Photocall: ESADE Alumni will organise a dinner for the whole graduating class and give a cheque for â‚Ź300 towards dinner for those who appear in the group photograph. Award for Most Original Photograph: ESADE Alumni will organise a free mojito tasting for all those featured in the photograph.
