How is Seerat Kapoor as an individual? Well, I’m unapologetic, headstrong and have endless amounts of energy. I believe in a universe where realism meets imagination. I feel a zest for life. I’m unabashedly honest, compassionate, self-sufficient, independent and a child at heart all wrapped in one!

How did you get into acting what inspired you? By nature, I am an empath and a creative head too. I knew I aspired a profession which allows me the ability to express myself through the work that I do. To summarise it all, my intuition did. I followed my ambition and it was enough to land me the opportunity.

Tell us about your current project which you are working on right now? I am currently filming my Bollywood debut- feature Maarrich, directed by Dhruv Lather under the banner Tusshar Kapoor Entertainments. Alongside Naseeruddin Shah and Tusshar Kapoor.

What is the meaning of love to you? Actually, Love is what drives me

What are you planning to do this valentine? Light a few candles, mood light the ambience, play soothing music, have great conversations and an even better meal. Maybe enjoy a sip or two of Baileys before I unwind.

Top 3 things in your bucket list? At the moment 1. Get onto my next film set 2. Water Adventure 3. Travel

Are you a fitness freak what kind of fitness and diet regimen do you follow? So I am told. I train with Pilates and Ems 5-6 times a week or a minimum of 4 days on busy schedules. On the daily, my diet comprises of all nutrition except for heavy carbs and sugar. I don’t deprive my body instead I take to substituting them with healthier alternatives.

We see your fashion sense is up to the mark what inspires you what are your favorite Indian brands or designers in clothing? My mother is my fashion inspiration. Growing up in a home full of artists, I developed a taste rather early into my childhood. Over the course of time, I experimented with different styles and thoroughly played with fusions. I really enjoy putting pieces together. My journey helped me discover my distinctive flavour in fashion. Amongst the Indian brands Sabyasachi, Tarun Tahiliani, Ritu Kumar and Abujani- Sandeep Khosla curate some of the most exquisite couture.
