Meet the Membership Staff

Devin has over 10 years of professional sales experience within the hospitality and technology sectors.

Prior to joining our team, Devin spent over 10 years working for luxury clubs, resorts, and big box hotel brands such as The Ford Plantation in Richmond Hill, The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa, Westin Hilton Head Island Resort, Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach Resort, and Hilton Atlanta Downtown. Most recently, Devin spent two years with Salesforce.

His passion is serving others and creating lasting relationships and he brings these skills to the team at The River Club. Devin lives in Buford and enjoys sports, the mountains, and being with his family and two dogs during his free time.

We realize we are unlike a great many of the investment firms here in the U.S. and we are quite comfortable with that idea. We did not set out to be different but we have simply turned out that way. In our view, within our industry, we have taken the road less traveled.

Making a Start Time

Starting times are not a required part of the lifestyle at The River Club, however the golf operations team does accept them. We encourage members who intend to play with guests, or who are playing with fellow members in a sizable group, to make starting times in advance of the intended day of play. Advantages to making a starting time include better organization for your group by the golf operations team and delivery of the names of your guests to the Greeters Cottage for gate access before the day of play. Those members who make a starting time will always get priority over any walk-up play. Starting times can be made by calling the Golf Shop at 770-271-2582.

Getting on the Golf Course

When you wish to play golf (with or without a starting time), please consult a member of the golf services team or the professional team and they will advise you when it is best to head out on the golf course. All play shall start on Hole #1, unless otherwise advised. Play-off of Hole #10 may be offered depending on business levels and pace of play, at the discretion of the professional team only.

Golf Services

Our golf services team is always available to make you and your guests’ experience, on and off the course, personalized and exceptional. Our team will perform services such as helping you with the transportation of your golf bag to/from your car, cleaning your golf clubs, maintaining the practice facility, providing golf carts for on-course use, and personalizing your golfing experience in any way possible!
