Baccalaureate Day Features Dinner For Parents, Play, Candlelight Sing Commencement activities which began with the Day of Recollection and Class Day, will continue with the festivities of Baccalaureate Sunday on May 31, with a 10: 30 Mass in the college chapel for the graduates, their parents and friends. Parents' Dinner Following 1the Mass and Baccalaureate address, the annual Parents' dinner wi.ll be served in the college dining room at 12 :30. At this dinner, with Miss Marguerite Johnson acting as toast mistress, the graduates will toast all of those who have had a great or small pal't in making their college years possible, happy and successful. The toasts to be offered will be to the President, Miss Catherine Hawkins ; to vhe Chaplain, Miss Barbara McAndrew; to the Dean, Miss Dolores O'Neill; to the Faculty, Miss Marjorie DeLellis; tO the Parents, :Miss Ann Collins; w the Faculty Advisor, Miss Mary Louise Burckhart; to the Class, Miss Maureen Oates; to Alma Mater, Miss Joan Babcock. This part of the day's activities will be concluded with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament in the college chapel. Two Plays Presented As a tribute to the Senior, th~ Regina Players will present two plays at Mercy Hall at 8:30 p. m. The plays to be presented will be Murder Will Out and Lady of Dreams. The first play concerns two attractive young girls who meet on a park bench and are drawn to one another by a mll!tual sorrowboth have lost their fiances. Each girl tries to console the other until their mutual consolation brings about a very unusual and humorous situation. Both girls enjoy the humor of the situation and make the best of it. The cast includes Miss Eleanor Taft as Evelyn and Miss Roberta Walsh as Cora. The second play of the evening, Lady of Dreams, recounts the story of two girls, Miss Paula Roche and Miss Barbara Harris, who, although already married, wonder what their lives woll!ld be like if each were married to the other's husband, the one a rich man, t he other a poor man. In the end they are quite surprised and agreeably so, by the turn of events. Both plays are under the direction of Mrs. Gardner Dunton, who coaches the Regina Players at the College.
