Mizerak For the Mizerak brand, we have refreshed the branding and packaging, and we have also vastly improved and consolidated the product line. The offering includes a completely new line of cues inspired by what elite billiard players are using, along with an updated accessory assortment that is relevant to the consumer’s needs in the category. Pickleball Now Finally, pickleballs that were engineered, designed and developed for the sport of pickleball. The Bandit is sanctioned by the World Darts Federation and has been the Official World Cup board since 1999. This innovative board reduced the problem of bounce outs by creating an entirely new approach. Instead of a wire spider, the Bandit has interlocking, thin steel bands (now thinner than ever) embedded in the bristles for all divisions, leaving almost nothing to deflect the dart. These bands also serve to strengthen the board, giving it better holding qualities and extending its lifespan. The Bandit now comes with an improved, easier and more rigid mounting and support structure.

ORDERING INFORMATION:

• Include catalog item number and full description for each item on your purchase order. • Phone number of consignee is required on all drop-ship orders. • Minimum And Special Order Charges – $25.00 Skid Charge on all LTL single item shipments of Basketball, Table Tennis, Billiard, and Game Tables. (item is palletized and steel banded) – $10.00 Minimum Order Charge on all orders less than $50.00 shipping to store and warehouse locations. All orders shipping to store and warehouse locations must be ordered in standard pack quantities. – $4.50 Drop Ship Handling Charge on all drop-ship orders

TERMS:

• Net 30 days with approved credit. A 2% charge per month (24% per annum) will be made for past due accounts. • Shipments will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of order. Prices and product specifications subject to change without notice. • These terms and conditions supersede those appearing on buyer’s purchase order.

CREDIT:

• If an open account is desired, contact our corporate office indicated on the back cover or your sales representative to receive a credit application. For immediate shipment of your initial order, please send full payment by check or money order. • Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

RETURNS:

• Returned merchandise will not be accepted by Escalade Sports without written authorization. • Returned merchandise must be shipped with prepaid transportation. • Returns sent transportation collect will not be accepted. • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of shipment. • All returns are subject to a restocking charge not to exceed 20%.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

• Escalade Sports must be notified of damage immediately at (800) 457-3373. • Do not accept damaged goods from carrier until agent has noted on delivery receipt or freight bill the nature and extent of damage to contents. • Prepaid Freight shipments: Escalade Sports will file damage or shortage claim • Collect or Third Party Freight Shipments: It is your responsibility to file damage or shortage claim with carrier. Failure to do so will not relieve your invoice liability.

CONCEALED DAMAGE:

• Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 15 days of delivery date. • If contents are found to be damaged upon unpacking after carrier delivery, notify carrier and Escalade Sports of extent of concealed damage.

• If shipment is not delivered to you in accordance with quantity of cartons and packages as shown on bill of lading and freight bill, do not accept until shortage is noted on freight bill or delivery receipt. • Inspect all packages to be sure they have not been opened. • If pilfering is suspected, notify delivery carrier so they can inspect packages as they are opened. • Check contents of your package(s) against enclosed packing list carefully. Small items are often overlooked as part of packing materials. • If shortages are discovered not attributable to carrier, notify Escalade Sports in writing within 3 days after receipt of order. Failure to make such notification negates loss claims. All shortages must be reported by carton number. • Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods.
