Employee Experience Round Table

The Employee Experience round table organised by InnoIT, a talent recruitment company, was held at TBS Barcelona last November with the collaboration of professionals from Zinio, mytaxi, Roche and Massimo Dutti. They shared their own experiences and challenges as HR managers in highly competitive environments with the audience.

The issues tackled during the round table were, most notably, onboarding and the retention of international employees, the recruitment of millennial talent and technological profiles, and the use of new technologies to improve the experience of employees.
