Meet Liz Design Skills Concept Hotel Pendant Light Parametrics Patterning Kerry Rutz Retail Thesis Resume

Hello.

My name is Liz and I am a lover of all things design. I am a recent graduate of the Master of Interior Design program at Harrington College of Design in Chicago but I have found that my passion lies within engaging and learning about the people that surround me. I have a bountiful of books on design thinking, user experience and human centered design. And I want more. My ideal job would allow me to align my design experience and passion for design thinking to generate insights and strategize the best design solution for the end user. I love to travel, be adventurous and take risks. I have discovered that the best way to learn about another culture is to travel on a budget, stay in hostels, befriend the locals, and be open to new experiences. I have had some pretty amazing travel experiences and sincerely hope that my future travels will continue to be as fantastic as my experience was in Peru. My life experiences and unique point of view have made me the designer I am today. I look forward to learning, growing and continuing to to gain perspective on the world around me. My portfolio begins with my most early work in design school and ends with my thesis project.
