RATES AND BILLING SYSTEM Fixed Cost : Fixed cost is used primarily when there is a clearly defined project. For example, the goals, tasks, and scope of the project are well defined. This method is often used for our application development efforts in the Windows environment. The end project cost is directly proportional to the complexity and scale of the application and are negotiated on a project-by-project basis.
Hourly : The hourly method is used when these items are less clear. For example, on an R&D project, or when it is not practical to thoroughly define a project up-front due to time limitations or lack of information. This method is more common in the EDA industry. Hourly rates vary based on type of work, the experience level of the person performing the work, and the length of the engagement. Engagement terms are generally: Individual hourly, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, with rates decreasing for longer term engagements. Rates range are from $30/hr for low-end documentation and testing up to $150/hr and higher for top-level project management and high-end technical development.

CREATIVE IT has prepared a new layout of logical and physical topologies that will fulfill the hospitalâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s need of 99.9% connection uptime, full scale office range, security, and back-up capability. The setup of BSHL Hospital consists of a one story datacenter and a sixteen story fully operational hospital. The office contains two-hundred (apprx.) users, most of them are wired. The wired users are made up of the Director, the Chief Medical Officer, all doctors that rotate in eight hour shifts,
HR, Billing, Accounting, IT, Public Outreach, Medical Supplies, Medical Records, Counseling, an Office Manager, Receptionist and other various support personnel. All of this network architecture and model prepared with Disaster Recovery Plan and we Creative IT Ltd provide the Disaster Recovery facilities within very short time. 27
APOLLO HOSPITALS DATA TRANSMISSION (MTP) Creative IT provided the network solution of transmission of data exchange to Apollo Hospitals. The Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) is an extension to the Picture Transfer Protocol (PTP) communications protocol that allows media files to be transferred atomically to and from portable devices. As a diagnosis assistant, MTP series is helpful when doctors explain the prescription and patientsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; condition with showing clear pictures, X-ray film or pathologic photos, for instance, on the screen. Speedy Network Transmission for Data Exchange: MTP series equipped with gigabit Ethernet for high speed data transmission. Doctors could immediately import patientâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s records while diagnosing and research relevant information by accessing HIS (hospital information system). Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) is also available if users want to get rid of the annoying LAN cable.
