What You Must Know Before You Book All of our holidays and events have a minimum booking number; this number will vary from holiday to holiday and event to event. When you have decided which holiday or event you would like to participate in, you will need to complete two forms: All About Me – Care Plan and our Booking Form You can download the forms from www.mywaysupportedholidays.com.au/book/ or call the office. If you are unable to complete the forms, please do not hesitate to contact our office and we will support you with this. To secure yourself a place when booking you must forward My Way a deposit of 20%, when we have received enough requests for a specific holiday it will become active.

Transports Transports, are you from the Hunter, South Coast or Blue Mountain region, and unsure how to get to the airport? My Way will collect you from home and take you straight to where you need to go, and of course, we will also bring you back home again, fee applies.
Medication All medication must be Webster packed, clearly labelled and reflective of the medication chart All non-packed medication (LIQUIDS, CREAMS) is in its original packaging clearly labelled with the customer’s details. For international travel liquid allocations must apply. All over the counter medications (Panadol, Antihistamines) are Webster packed Ensure at least 3 days extra medication is provided Failure to have correctly prepared medication may result in your holiday being terminated.

My Way roles: Senior Support Staff: Typically, this person will take on majority of the responsibility and be in charge of the delegation. Support Staff: The person attending the holiday or event, they will have detailed responsibilities and may be assigned to support an individual or several individuals. Key Staff: Key Staff are people who know a holidaymaker and have been recruited by My Way to attend a holiday or event to support a specific holidaymaker, but not limited to that person.
You must be prepared to take significant responsibility and to be held accountable!
