This application is for the position Organizing Committee President (OCP) of the upcoming national conference NLDS 2015 (Fall), which will held on September 2015.
What is NLDS? National Leadership Development Seminar or simply NLDS is the biggest conference organized by AIESEC in Kyrgyzstan. This time it will held on September 25-27, which giving the opportunity for members of our entity to come together and gain the practical knowledge needed for the development of their leadership skills. New content, atmosphere, challenges and unforgettable experiences delivered through the sessions, team-building activities, games and case studies will facilitate the process of learning and implementation.

OCP role description. The OCP will be the overall responsible for the NLDS 2015 (Fall) even and will be the liaison between the MC and OC team, ensuring that the event is organized properly: logistics, internal and external promotion, delegate’s signing up and taking care of and so on. Duration: August 2015 – October 2015 (2.5 months) Workload: Approx. 15-20 hours per week (varies over time – increases in weeks leading up to the event). Workload and time is flexible depending on how close the event is so it is possible to take this role next to your studies Accountability: to Conference Manager - Daniel Eshmatov (MC VP DGM)
Duties: • Be a link between Conference Manager and OC • Co-selecting the OC • Organize regular OC meetings • Set and execute an action plan for the entire conference (marketing, logistics, delegate service) • Set and achieve goals with OC

• Track the OC members’ performance and report weekly to the Conference Manager • Coordinate the functions of the OC team • Develop (with the OC) 2 final reports: - About the work done by the OC to ensure knowledge transition - About the overall event to be delivered to stakeholders.

OC Role Description. The OC will be the overall responsible to execute and manage the NLDS 2015 (Fall) by ensuring that the event is organized properly: 100% logistics is provided, internal and external promotion, delegates are signing up and taking care of, gaining sponsorship and budget tracking. Duration: August 2015 – October 2015 (2.5 months) Workload: Approx. 15-20 hours per week (varies over time – increases in weeks leading up to the event). Workload and time is flexible depending on how close the event is so it is possible to take this role next to your studies Accountability: • To OCP of conference • To Conference Manager - Daniel Eshmatov (MC VP DGM) Duties: • Participate at the regular OC meetings • Set and execute an action plan for the entire event with OCP and Conference Manager (timeline, marketing, logistics, budget, delegate service)
