3. Outsourcing Manual

This guide will walk you through the options you have to render services.

I’ll start off with what I believe is the truth: If you personally spend your time doing the SEO for your clients, you will make FAR less money, and work FAR more than you have to.

This is the least appealing of any of the methods of delivering services to your clients. I don’t cover SEO in this guide, because I assume if you are trying to make businesses pay you good money – YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. If you want a cheap, ULTRA detailed SEO guide, you should check out my Super Simple SEO WSO. It’s sold over 1,000 copies and it’s basically a bible of how I do SEO. It will get you moving in the right direction if you plan on doing the work yourself.

Let’s cover a couple ways you can outsource (since that’s what guide is REALLY about) your SEO services to your clients. If you absolutely want to do the SEO yourself, feel free. As I stated earlier, this guide isn’t about how to do the actually SEO, but if you need a refresher, I will once again suggest my Super Simple SEO WSO – it’s a manifesto of my SEO techniques and is everything you’ll need for offline clients. That being said, you should probably find a reliable service to outsource the work to. There are two different options I can give you off the top of my head, and they’re both stellar. First: I offer employees.

We are launching some new local business optimization services soon that focus on Google Places optimization. If you would like to beta test it, contact me at support@dfmgoods.com and I will quote on an individual basis.

For now we only offer organic SEO optimization, and we are more expensive as we target what are mostly tougher online niches. However, we will do basic Offline Client SEO for $199 per website, this includes a basic on-site SEO suggestion sheet, as well as the first month’s backlinks via profile links and blog links layered with some other secret stuff. This service isn’t listed on our website, so contact me personally via email at support@dfmgoods.com to request it. The advantage to my service is that I will do an on-site SEO evaluation of the website. Not many other providers offer this. I know what you’re thinking: Now you’re just pitching us your shit. Yeah, I am. I have good services, and I believe in them. To prove to you that I’m a reasonable human being, there is another service that I’ve used and can appreciate.

A cheaper solution (but just as good in my opinion) This service is called The Hoist v2.0. These guys are very reliable and offer the same thing we do, on a slightly smaller scale with more basic techniques, but it still works. Their lowest package the UP, is $60, and they can get as large as you’d like. I bought an UP and moved from page 3 to page 1 for local terms for a client I was working for. For $60, it’s a pretty good bargain. For those prices, you can easily work them into the cost of upfront SEO, and continue signing up new clients. This is obviously the most pain free way to go about it. They also just launched a new package called The Rocket, which is absolutely awesome. You can view their WSO here:

http://www.warriorforum.com/warriors-hire/279226-search-engineoptimization-backlinks-great-price-link-juice-hoist-your-site-up-newlimited-promo-packages.html You can put together SEO yourself by buying links, and doing the on-site yourself, but once again, this digs into the time you have to sell new clients.

This business is about productivity, and if you would like to actually ENJOY your success, I suggest that you outsource. You might only save 5-6 hours, and it might cost you $250.. however, that 5-6 hours could result in landing a $2,000 client, which means by outsourcing, you gained $1,750 in the process. That’s a fair trade off. If you are doing mailing list services, Aweber is an obvious choice, and is great for beginners. Their lists are pretty cheap and I believe they still do a 30-day free trial, so you can start making money before you even have to pay for it. Web design services are all over Warriors For Hire and the net. There are tons of people that will upload a template and fill it out for you, for very reasonable prices. Just have to look for them. You can find a lot of them on eLance.com if you’re having issues finding other locations. I once again, highly recommend Warriors for Hire for web design services.

Instead of listing out all the possible services you can offer, if you have a service you’d like to offer other than SEO or Web Design – email me and I will personally help you figure it out myself. Every situation is different.
