BY-LAW NO. 90-13 OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF CAMBRIDGE Being a By-law of the Corporation of the City of Cambridge to amend By-law No. 186-06, as amended, being a By-law to prohibit the parking or leaving of motor vehicles on private property without the consent of the owner or occupant of the property and on property owned or occupied by the Corporation of the City of Cambridge, or any local Board. (PRIVATE PROPERTY BYLAW) SCHEDULE “A” AMENDMENTS AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the City of Cambridge passed By-law No. 186-06 on the 18th day of September, 2006. WHEREAS the Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001, Section 11, (2), Table, Paragraph 10, and Section 100 and Section 101 authorizes the passing of bylaws with respect to parking; NOW, THEREFORE, THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF CAMBRIDGE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1.

THAT Schedule “A”, to By-law No. 186-06 is hereby amended by adding the following:

THAT this By-law shall not come into force or take effect until the sign or signs has or have been erected and is or are on display.
