Vulnerable residents in Oshawa’s low-income priority neighbourhoods will be empowered through a community designed digital Prosperity and Wellbeing Partnership to acquire and use technology to access resources and services, and increase their economic and social participation and potential thereby improving the neighbourhood Wellbeing Index faster than the overall City.
