Message from Ron Taylor, CAO The results of the 2020 survey have been reviewed and the Corporate Employee Engagement Action Plan is now in full swing. The theme is “Connect” with each other and with the strategic plan. I hope that each of you will help implement this plan so that we can all make the employee experience at Kawartha Lakes even better for ourselves and for each other.
