Employee Engagement 2020 Corporate Action Plan 2021 Facilitated by the Office of Strategy Management on behalf of the CAO


Message from Ron Taylor, CAO The results of the 2020 survey have been reviewed and the Corporate Employee Engagement Action Plan is now in full swing. The theme is “Connect” with each other and with the strategic plan. I hope that each of you will help implement this plan so that we can all make the employee experience at Kawartha Lakes even better for ourselves and for each other.

What is Employee Engagement? • Staff are invited to complete the annual employee engagement survey so that we can better understand the employee experience • The data is analyzed, presented to staff and used to inform the Corporate Action Plan • The goal is to collectively connect and continually improve our employee experience 3
