A paper cup or toilet paper roll A balloon Pom Poms (or other items to shoot) Duct Tape (or other heavy-duty tape) Scissors Optional: construction paper, stickers etc. for decorating
WHAT TO DO: 1. If you are using a cup, have an adult help cut the bottom out of it with scissors. If you are using a toilet paper roll, you are all set. 2. Decorate your cup or roll with paper, stickers or whatever else you may have. 3. Trim the top off of the balloon with scissors (opposite the neck). Knot the end of the balloon and stretch it over one end of the cup, centering the knot over the opening. 4. Secure the balloon with duct tape by wrapping the tape around the outside of your cup. 5.
