Class Descriptions Body Blast - Drop In and do your 30 minute Circuit Training session, our Personal Trainer creates each week. Each session will incorporate the different equipment that is used in variety of our classes. This may include TRX Suspension Trainer, Bosu Trainer, dumbbells, stretch bands, pilates rings, medicine balls, jump ropes, and more.

Mindfulness Meditation - Mindfulness Meditation is for anyone interested in sitting with a group in a supported silence. Meditation instructions and guidance are focused on mindful awareness, quieting the mind and opening the heart. Everyone is welcome, both experienced and new meditators.

Restorative Yoga - This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions, limitations related to age or size as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice. No prior yoga experience required.

TRX - The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

TRX Fusion - This class fuses TRX and Yoga to maximize the benefits of each individual approach. These workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints, while incorporating breath to keep you connected to Mind-Body throughout the entire class.

Turbo Kickboxing - Turbo Kickboxing is a combination of kickboxing moves, athletic moves, and lots of fun combinations all perfectly in tune to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge! Come listen to some high energy music and have some SWEATY FUN!

willPower & grace® - Experience a unique, full-body, barefoot cardio-sculpting workout with the intensity of boot-camp, & the self-awareness of yoga. The formatted movement progressions are taught with positive, uplifting philosophy to increase your self-confidence and show you results. This class is for students of all levels.

Yoga Flow - This class seeks to affirm the mind-body connection through the practice of alignment based sitting and standing poses. Sequences are smooth flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as a Yoga Flow. Utilizing breath work and mindfulness, our teachers seek to encourage practitioners of all levels to create space in their life for asana practice in a safe and supported environment surrounded by like-minded students. Beginners are welcome.

Warm Yoga Flow - This class follows the same guiding principles as the yoga flow classes however it is practiced in a 78-85 degree heated room.
