WINS CINCO JOTAS COOKING CHALLENGE

Talented culinary whiz, Víctor Martín Sanz is the official winner of the sixth edition of the Cinco Jotas Cooking Challenge. His creation, entitled Russian Geometries and Cinco Jotas, was inspired by the suprematist movement, founded in 1915 by Kazimir Malévich. This movement highlighted the ability of geometric shapes and beautiful colours to appeal to the senses via visual abstraction. The judges’ panel comprised renowned Chef, Pedro Subijana, culinary journalist, Raquel Castillo, Professor of the Basque Culinary Centre, Adrián Leonelli, and Cinco Jota’s Director of Communications, María Castro. i www.cincojotas.es

FIFTH EDITION OF FIESTA POP
