*Remember* you can only trim objects that intersect.

Select objects or select all Select objects to trim or shift -­‐ select to extend

CO – Copy Select object Press enter to ‘ok’ selection Select base point (where you pick the object up) Place the copies – you can select distance or select Osnap points O – Offset Select the offset distance, (either select distance on the screen by clicking the mouse on two points or enter a value Select the object to offset Select which side you would like to offset EL – Ellipse Specify point and point the cursor in different direction of the axis Then enter the distance of axis one Then enter the distance of axis two


22/10/12 EPP: Week 5 Mouse To zoom – scroll the wheel To pan -­‐ press the wheel Marquee selection BLUE: left to right – selects everything totally inside the box GREEN: right to left -­‐ selects everything inside the selection box and everything that the box intersects

Osnap settings Ctrl + right – brings up quick object snap

Select all

Deselect nearest

v Click on Osnap settings to get to object snap
