The Centenary Building is situated just off Peru street right at the edge of the city center. The building is surrounded by homes and also has easy means of Transportation. There is a bus stop and also two railway stations (Salford Crescent and Salford Central) all within walking distance.

Located on the ground floor in Centenary building this exceptional space provides easy means of getting around the building. There are four floors and a basement in the building. In addition to a staircase there is a lift, which provides easy access to the floors.

Long section
The color scheme in this space is traditional but nice. All the doors are light grey apart from the fire door. Further features include double glazed windows, brilliant white walls and a yellow feature wall which faces the double doors. As for the floor it is covered with Dorian grey tiles and has a varnished surface. The staircase rises to the first floor that completes the well proportioned space.
