Each piece in this outstanding set is made by hand and bears the personal hallmark of internationally known French Silversmith "Lapparra" in addition to the the French Government's "Head of the Minerva 1" hallmark - certifying the highest quality of sterling silver in the world, a minimum of 950 sterling. These large European pieces are dated from late 1800s. This is an amazing set in the classic Louis XVI pattern and includes the original, lockable, 3-tiered storage chest with key.
