Cloudpense Cloudpense is a multi-platform mobile and web application providing company solutions of making reimbursement and financial accounting, devoted to reduce costs and increase efficiency . Flexible,simple and logical Product Design / Decision Making Aug 2015 till now


Project Background In 2016, the Chinese T&E market alone exceeded 2 trillion RMB -GBTA. China now has more than 500,000 large enterprises, 1.2 million medium-sized enterprises, 2 million small enterprises and over 12 million small and micro enterprises. Enterprise cloud services will maintain a compound rate of over 30% in the next few years, with SAAS accounting for more than 60%. The market of reimbursement for the cost of control as the core, to corporate financial management, consumer business for the extension is more than one trillion. Cloudpense is devoted to optimize user experience of reimbursement and controlling costs in the company ,and make the whole process from business expense to the financial reporting easier and faster.

Design Challenge I think the most challenging and principal problem is to deal with the contradiction. From a high-level: homogeneous competition/ swinging in simplicity and complexity/ irreplaceable features From a micro-level: complex workflows and feature-oriented interfaces/ awful clarity of UI hierarchy

Research questions: We conducted user interviews and make some online questionnaires with some of our clients, we tried to understand where they were struggling the most and what is their inner need.

I divided the information needed to collect into two parts. The ďŹ rst is sth basic of the user.And in order to reduce registration steps, I discussed with PM about wheter to delete the conďŹ rm password step.

In order to let user still know the content of the input form, the content will move as user writing sth in the input form. When the user begins to enter a password, the system prompts for the security will appear in the right.

Sign up forms-3 The second part is about the working positon and company. I collect these information for the purpose of giving sales more information to track.And System can lately generate corresponding template for user to play with.

Test and Evolution Checklist: Is the registration fast and the value orientation is strong? When acquiring sensitive information from users, is the value orientation clear? Can users use the app as a visitor? If you must log in to use, whether to provide demo? Whether to provide a variety of login? (Such as account password, social login, fingerprint, etc.) If asked to get the phone-related permissions, whether to provide a clear reason?

Enter product Success! Generate corresponding template and tell some features in the advance.The newer guide is always ignored.So I think maybe let users play with the product by theirselves.And the template will include some examples for users to learn from.

Test and Iteration The most effective dashboards target a single type of user and just display data specific to that ‘use case’. Our target is to design different molecules as many as we can to fit different information, and let user to choose which to show up in the dashboard.

Things I learned The biggest thing l learned from it, I think is: ike any other creative type of work, design is subject to time and investment constraints. One of the most important professional qualities of designers is to be able to judge that within a limited time and investment, the "completion" of this design is good enough to enter the market. This level of completion can be defined by the needs of the target user, the company's strategic direction, or more.

Project Brief Nowadays, the young people would like to send gifts to each other to express love and obtain happiness from gifts. Gifts have become an integral part of our lives. With the background of consumption escalated, people’s desire has become diversed and they are hard to find the Mr. Right gift. I want to create joyful experience to choose gifts,send gifts and connect with your friends more tightly.

Target audience The prompt for this project is based around digital gift solutions. As I explored these different deďŹ nitions of gifts, we also looked at sociodemographic trends of present-day Millennials. We found that part of young adults - Millennials - are continuing the micro trend of pursuing unique beauty. Beauty is value.Finding unique beauty is not easy.The demand of diverse beauty is becoming richer and richer.And I pick a part of audience from 24-36 to meet their need of pursuing beauty, happiness and living better.
