This building, constructed in the first half of the 80s, is part of the worldwide World Trade Center network. The building, owned by the Interpred Association which at the time controlled Bulgaria's foreign trade, was destined to house their headquarters and representatives of large foreign companies operating in the country. The total constructed area is 35,000 m2, with twelve floors above the ground. This building was a pioneer in Bulgaria considering the use of foundation diaphragm walls, three underground levels for parking spaces, hollow-core concrete slabs and curtain walls. All materials, except structural materials, as well as installation equipment, were supplied from Spain.
