Nädala retsept: Mocha Whipped Cream

Makes: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups 35% whipping cream
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp instant hazelnut coffee or espresso powder
In bowl of stand mixer, combine all ingredients. Slowly increasing speed, whip until stiff peaks. Serve with meringue, angel food cake or with fresh strawberries.
