Books published from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011 are eligible to enter. Entry is ÂŁ85 for the first book submitted and ÂŁ75 for all subsequent books entered. Cheques should be made payable to The English-Speaking Union Please complete one form for each book entered There is no limit on the number of entries from any given publisher or individual.
