The contemporary period of the construction of this axis c o r r e s p o n d s spatially to the subdivision of the SPLT (Société De Promotion du Lac De Tunis) called «Lac 3» .How could the latter express the history of the city?

The idea behind the conception is a social and public space. The reference was the treatment of the floor of the Park of Nations with its equipment and also its landmark, the oceanographic museum.

04 MIXED USE BUILDING IN « JARDINS DE CARTHAGE » The polyfunctional center is made up of commercial spaces, office spaces, residential areas, and technical and management premises and annexes. COS: ground load factor 50% Cuf: coefficient of land usage 3.8 of the area’s lot.
The maximum height: 40m, withdrawal 2m on the vehicular tracks, the withdrawal compared to the neighbors is equal H / 2 . So the shape in «S» was due to the fact that it is necessary to use at most 50% of the ground while having a thickness of volume of less than 15m for a maximum opening (aeration).
After the preliminary draft, we took part of the project that was carried out.

An artistic event starting with a competition of ideas organized between our school «ENAU» and «Magic Hotels». This approach helped improve the work conditions of the personal and staff and introduce an artistic dimension into some of the hotel’s parts and zones. The event started with a 1st phase «Competition Ideas» where we, in pairs, presentend artistic installation projects in hotel spots.

06 REHABILITATION APARTMENT IN PARIS

A work developed within the architect’s office «MBT Concept». Its surface is 48 m2. It is located in Paris and the task entrusted to me was the Production of the 3D.
Bedroom plan
For the bedroom, a reconsideration of the bed’s disposition was necessary in order to gain space for movements’ freedom. Moreover we needed more storage. We planned to remove the wallpaper and change the floor covering.

07 WORKSHOP MARCHE-EN-FAMENE EN BELGIQUE
A work developed in a group of 5 people from different schools and different nationalities during a workshop of the International Spring University in Urbanisme with following purpose: Project the future of the Pirire area in Marcheen-Famenne. This project was the subject of a public defense on Saturday, April 28, 2018. The jury awarded us the urbanism prize of the city of Marche.
