29th San Diego Latino Film Festival is honored to celebrate the career of legendary Chicano actor, Pepe Serna. In addition to premiering his new movie, Pepe Serna: Life Is Art; this year’s festival will also screen two other films spotlighting Pepe’s incredible talent - the groundbreaking first Chicano narrative feature film, Raices de Sangre; and the recent noir thriller, Man from Reno.
