Overview Amidst the economic downturn, companies are typically outsourcing primarily with the objective to cut costs. One of the proposals that the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) submitted to the Prime Minister was the outsourcing of several Government Services to Private Companies. This proposal was adopted by the Hellenic Ministry of Administrative Reform and Electronic Governance and the Minister announce that it will be included in the Ministry’s New Operational Plan 2014-2020. Apart from cost containment, outsourcing is a valuable tool to ENHANCE existing capabilities. It ALSO provides long-term benefits in terms of productivity, service integration and top and bottom line growth potential. Outsourcing relationships that produce the most value are also highly collaborative and partnerial, where collaboration includes everyone – clients and providers, as well as their people. The current economic circumstances have accelerated the maturation of the outsourcing industry and are prompting the evolution of new outsourcing models, pricing structures and contractual arrangements. Outsourcing may include call centers, software development and technology, or even finance and accounting. Yet, there is an ever growing trend in outsourcing of back office functions and other business operations, such as facilities management, document management, analytics, legal services and more. Organized by Ethos Media S.A., the Outsourcing Conference 2014: Strategize, Maximize and Save, will give you the opportunity to live the experience of a totally interactive and participative Conference, the content of which is shaped according to an in depth research analysis, of the local market and also to: • get information and fresh insights • meet senior executives, • be exposed to and share cutting-edge ideas • vote for the most inspiring Workshop presentation during the Live-Game Show • network effectively • walk away with an outsourcing Practical Guide
