Pierogi Pierogi are made out of thin pieces of dough in a crescent shape. They can be filled with meat, potatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, cottage cheese or berries. They can be cooked, fried, baked or grilled. They can be served with cream and sugar or butter and fried onions.
Bigos Bigos is made out of cooked cabbage with mushrooms and meat. It’s usually served with bread or rolls.
