FLOOD LINE
With many historic routes crossing through the area, there is an opportunity to reacvate these forgoen trails and by ways to connect a more sustainable future for the area. I observed many different types of cyclist and walkers on my site visit with their own set of individual needs. Access to forgoen historic forest trails with underulised potenal provides an opportunity for development.
Creang a space where access through, in and around is crucial to the design and brief, to keep access to the other side of the river with under ulised sustainable transport traffic free routes.

NEW WATERWAY HABITAT
I wanted a building that was simplisc in its form and that shaped with the landscape that it sits within, I liked the way that the building is used to walk through and acts as a gateway to the wetland area. I played with the idea of having a courtyard and a pathway that went around the building to access the other parts of the wetland.
I explored having a space that sat over a body of water to provide a viewing plaorm to sit and observe the wildlife.
