INTRODUCTION The 13 Box Presentation Strategy Map is not meant to be a detailed document for the simple reason that a detailed documents are seldom read once written. It’s even more rare that a detailed document is used to shape and align the presentation tactics that help a business professional talk about their business better. That’s what this document will do. The end result of your effort here is a powerful, clear, purpose driven tool that helps you write, shape, design and deliver a more powerful business presentation. © Eugene Moreau

Approach each question in this guide with the intent of developing a one statement answer made up of no more than 21 words. The technique of shaping your responses into 21 words, or less, is a very powerful one. Here’s what happens when you do - you remove the clutter! You create a lot of ‘whitespace’ and this means it’s easy for you to concentrate your attention on the important elements of your presentation content and strategy for all the presentations you will need to be delivering. I’ve found it’s helpful to create a runway into your 21 words, and by that I mean to say a few words to get you into your critical content. For example, let me use my own 21 word, or less, statements to demonstrate what I will be asking you to do. Box 1: WHAT DO I DO? It is my business to... help people talk about their business better. Box 2: HOW DO I SERVE? I will do this by... establishing the 13 Box System as the premiere training system that helps people talk about their business better. Box 3: WHO DO I SERVE? My primary market are... business professionals who must physically present their business in front of other business individuals and groups. I have used these three statements to guide my entire pitch and presentation strategy process and I’m going to lead you in doing that for your business now. Let’s get started.

Box 9: How We Work With Our Clients Box 9 tells the story of how you establish and sustain value based relationships. There are three foundation questions your audience will need you to answer in your presentation: 1. Will I get a better relationship than I already have?
