Background Before taking this course you need to have a FCE or CAE level. You have to be on seventh semester of the mayor of LEI or be taking the workshops for CAE at the language center. You most have fully command on verbs tenses as well as good grammar in use knowledge and a good sentence analysis.

How to work along with the materials and the course? The course has been designed according with the table of content of each book, so as you advance in your sessions of English with your teacher you can practice the vocabulary given is this i-course to increase your vocabulary and for acquire it and use it naturally in any context.
Why I have to take this? This course will complement your course of CAE of 6ยบ and 7ยบ semester of LEI or PCE of 8ยบ and 9ยบ semester. In both courses is really important to show an advanced vocabulary and usage of English in the four skills.

The main aim of this course if help you to develop the communicative competences as the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages have designed for each level of mastery in English, as the table shows:

Right know depends on the case you are a Proficient user level C1 or C2, which means that you have a advanced domain of English. The European Framework of Reference for Languages establish that at certain level some communicative competencies have been developed through the hours of study of English and the exposure to the language. Therefore we have some command in our production, this levels of production have been measure. According to this measure you have to show have to show advance usage of English which means that you have to use a broader vocabulary and more complex grammar structures. This means that the complexity of your productions has to increase, is not the same to use the language as an independent user (FCE), this only means that you are only familiar with general topics and you can still hesitate at this stage you can not hesitate.

What about the teacher? Hi! every one my name is Alejandra Eunice Romero but you can call me Alexa, I’m 28 years old, old but I’m not old; young but I’m not that bold. As everybody that has made the mayor our night mare and the monster under our beds are the phrasal verbs, I mean the usage of English can be mastered by any one who is a book warm and can learn all the possible rules and Hocus Pocus behind grammar structures and the speech. But Phrasal Verbs and Idioms they have been told us to learn it be heart, but nobody has told you the secrets and give you and all access pass to the world of Phrasal Verbs or Idioms. I will no give you a recipe or a magic formula but I will teach you to speak their language and to understand them and maybe just maybe you will not have to learn them by heart but to take out of them some logic. You will notice that I love music and most of the practice will include music. I just hope that you are into the same track with me and enjoy it as much as I do. And I like and love STAR WARS, me and my brother have a huge collection of them. Most of them as peace offerings after screwing up which happens very often. And the last thing about me is that I love dogs, specially Alaskans, I dream about to have one some day and call him Kato. Well it is one of my dreams.
