Yorkshire-based Victory Leisure Homes is part of the Rix Group, a family business steeped in history but firmly focused on the future. Recently we’ve put in a new system for service engineers to manage their jobs and that has really improved processes within the business. It’s improved the life of the service engineers by being able to access data on an app available on a mobile rather than carrying around wads of paper. And it’s enabled the staff in the office to update what the service engineers need to do on a live basis rather than them having to take out wads of paper for jobs at the start of the week.”
