ESPA develops exclusive treatments for One&Only Resorts

Developed exclusively for One&Only Resorts, Nature’s Resonance by ESPA is designed to reconnect the mind, body and senses to the surrounding environment through the use of binaural beats, soundscapes and massage.

The new treatments have been tailored to individual locations to create a holistic spa guest experience. They feature a curated pre-treatment welcome and grounding ritual; an ESPA Signature Blend for each location; natural affirmation crystal linking to individual chakras; music inspired by the elements of nature surrounding each property; and a series of post-treatment activities available at each resort, including sunrise meditation, forest bathing and Bedouin star-gazing.

The three signature blends are available at Palmilla, Los Cabos, Mexico (Positivity); Cape Town, South Africa (Energising); Royal Mirage, Dubai (Restorative).

Three treatment options are available: a 30-minute sound experience, a 60-minute body experience and a 90-minute face and body experience. Each incorporates three key moments of listening, absorbing and transforming, and a series of choreographed massage movements in tune with the soundtrack.

Binaural beats, a form of auditory therapy that plays different tonal frequencies in each ear, influences the vibrational energy of each guest.
