Astor Piazzolla has been played so much that Louise Jallu prefers to depart from the original and trace her own uniqueness from there. The 29-year-old bandoneon player, composer (Conservatoire de Gennevilliers), and artist chooses not to play the card of revival but rather to move away from the original.
