The Company began as a small family run business and thanks to the hard work and the passion of its founding members, today boasts more than 500 collaborators, all working to satisfy tourists’ needs. In a project in cooperation with other tourism companies on Lake Garda and the provincial administration of Verona the cycling path network in the area between Lake Garda and Verona has been expanded and waymarked. The partners worked out a carefully arranged offer of tours through our beautiful landscape, with description of the main tourist attractions and cycling tours, which will also be available as an app for smart phones. Furthermore, striving for new market opportunities, Europlan entered into the world of golf: last year the Europlan Group made the first steps into this market segment with a unique project in cooperation with an important tournament organiser. An extraordinary golf tour hosted by the most exclusive golf clubs all over Europe has been expanded to create a touristic product, giving players a complete service. GOLF PLAYERS Handicap and club membership : Golf Clubs in Italy in general require a handicap of 36, some of them accept guests players with higher handicaps. Please check the information next to the golf club´s description. Golf Clubs require handicap and club membership certificates. Greenfee: information on greenfees in this brochure are subject to change. The indicated greenfees are for 18 holes (unless otherwise indicated) Weekend greenfees are also applied on Italian bank holidays and sometimes on the day before a bank holiday. Please ask for the official greenfee valid for your requested Tee-Time. Golf Club in the surroundings: we are proposing a series of golf clubs in the surroundings of every hotel. Unfortunately not for all golf clubs the greenfee may be paid with your accommodation booking. Some have to be paid locally and/or T-times reserved by the players directly. We will be happy to inform you on Golf Clubs where you can book and pay your greenfees together with your accommodation. Tee-times: golfers may request preferred tee-times. Tee-times are subject to availability according to the golf club´s regulations and the conditions of the course. We will do our best to confirm tee-times as close as possible to the requested times. Please be informed on limited availabilities for T-Times on Weekends and bank holidays due to tournaments. Maintenance Work: during maintenance works and vertidraining of the greens, which is usually done twice a year, golf courses are either not accessible at all or playing is possible only in parts of it. Due to the fact that maintenance works depend from meteorological conditions, they cannot be programmed and therefore players sometimes cannot be informed at the reservation of their T-times. Cancellations of confirmed T-times by Golf Clubs and/or limited play due to maintenance work are not considered a valid reason for customer complaints with regard to the booking through Europlan. Golf tournaments: golfers who participate in golf tournaments have to inform themselves in the golf club on the scoring system. Please contact the golf club directly for more information. Golf equipment, carts: most of the golf clubs in Italy offer a golf equipment rental service with clubs, bags, trolleys and carts. We will be happy to forward your requests to the golf club (no liability). Dress code: please be informed that softspikes are mandatory on most golf courses. We recommend to wear suitable golf attire (rain or shine). Arrival and departure day: we advise not to play on arrival and departure day. Regulations of Golf Clubs: conformity to rules and regulations set forth by golf clubs are mandatory. A fascinating and historic course on Verona’s doorstep, wandering through the hills and vineyards of the Custoza wine growing region, at the foothill of the Lake Garda glacial moraines, halfway between Verona and the Lake, both at 20 km distance. The club was founded in 1962 with John Harris designing the first 9 holes. In 1973 the second 9 were added, creating a technical and challenging course, with the first 9 narrow and short, welldefended by the natural vegetation and numerous bunkers and the second 9 longer, but also wider. The golf club Ca’ degli Ulivi was built in the late 80s in a panoramic position in the hills above Garda. The course unfolds on a terrain of 90 acres of lush, Mediterranean vegetation and owes its name to the countless olive trees surrounding it. The temperate climate of Lake Garda allows all year-round golfing. This modern golf resort was inaugurated in 2006 and is located only 2 km from Peschiera del Garda and Lake Garda. Founded in the beginning of the 1990s, designed by the current president, Ferruccio Bertolini, this club is situated in the green countryside surrounding Verona, yet easily reachable from the major highways (located only 3 km from the Sommacampagna exit of the A4 motorway). In addition, thanks to a myriad of tourist attractions at nearby Lake Garda, this club is ideally matched with a vacation for the whole family. The golf course, surrounded by high trees, has been adapted to the gentle moraine hills of the area around Lake Garda and the undulating terrain proves to be very technical and doesn’t concede anything to players who don´t place the ball correctly on its narrow fairways.

Gardagolf Country Club is considered to be on the the most renowned and beautiful Golf Clubs in Italy. Padova´s golf club was realized in 1962 thanks to the passionate dedication of a group of golf players lead by Commendatore Iginio Kofler. The architect John Harris designed this course, which unfolds at the foot of the rolling “Euganean hills”, a unique, volcanic Landscape south of Padova, and conveys perfect harmony of a technical and scenic course at the very first sight. In 2003 9 technically interesting holes have been added, offering variations on the traditional course. The Club House blends in harmoniously with the surrounding landscape and although having been modernized in the course of time, it has maintained its timeless charm and nobility.

This golf course opened for play in 1991 with the first 9 holes and has been extended to 18 holes in June 2010. The club is located within the park of the Villa Ca´Amata, one of the most prestigious examples of Venetian architecture of the 18th century, under strict control of the Italian safeguard of the cultural and environmental heritage, which has set restrictions for the whole area. The course unfolds on a large terrain of 75 hectares, with an alternating design of fairways and greens, some wide and flat followed by severe slopes and undulating greens, making this course quite tough even for the most gifted of players.
