Argentinian extravaganza
GUESTS are invited to a cultural and culinary extravaganza at the Argentinian National Festival arriving in Torremolinos from Thursday, May 25. This year’s festival is set to take place at the Oasis de la Playa del Bajondillo.
Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in the vibrant celebration that blends Argentine culture and gastronomy, and which will last for 12 hours each day from 12pm. Over the course of the three day festival , visitors will be treated to traditional performances such as Argentine folk ballets, tango shows, and thrilling displays of gaucho horsemen showcasing their skills with boleadoras and bombos.
Guests can delight their taste buds with authentic Argentinian cuisine, including mouthwatering asado grilled meat, while exploring the country’s craftsmanship. The entire area will be transformed into a huge Argentinian party during the event.
The event is being held on Thursday, May 25, which is a significant national day in the country. On this day in 1810, the first indigenous government was established in the Cabildo of Buenos Aires, putting an end to colonial rule by Spain.
Admission to the festival is also free each of the days.
