THERE is no question that the world has fallen in love with a selection of plastic bricks invented in Denmark and given the brand name Lego.
There are films, theme parks, TV shows and exhibitions showing the versatility of these little bits of plastic and the largest Lego exhibition in Europe which is situated at the Malaga Nostrum Shopping Park, is open to the public seven days a week until October 8.

It took 15 lorries to transport all of the models to the site which now boasts spectacularly sized buildings, lifesize figures, interactive models, interesting educational models and an enormous replica of a Boeing 747 created using more than one million pieces.

Star Wars fans won’t be disappointed as there is a special section just dedicated to that franchise as well as another featuring Gotham City and an other created to show off most of the comic world’s Superheroes.
It’s also educational with areas dedicated to the human body, history and world landmarks including the Elizabeth Tower which houses Big Ben the world famous bell which sits opposite the Houses of Parliament in London.
Those visiting the exhibition don’t just have to admire the 100 plus models but they can also create their own and maybe enjoy a selfie or two to show what they have produced.
Visit www.expopiezas.es to find out opening times and admission costs and there are a whole range of special discount offers.

With free parking for 3,000 plus cars at the shopping centre and a second exhibition of 3D trick photography, there is something for every member of the family.
