Efficient Wash Design (EWD) •
This patented technology limits carry over water (the water trapped in the rack that moves with the rack through the compartments of the dish machine). As this water is distributed through the wash cycles, it affects the chemical ratios, which the machine corrects using additional water and chemicals. The open rack design results in less carry over water (saving on chemicals, water, and energy) while providing maximum results.

Provide quantities and need-by dates. This allows us to communicate accurate order fulfilment information. The more data you provide upfront, the more efficient the ordering process will be (with fewer emails cluttering your inbox). Let us know who you are. Please put your customer ID in the subject line so we can quickly identify your account. Be specific. Include the item name and number. Not sure? We’re happy to provide an order history, just ask! Be colorful. Let us know if you’re looking for a specific color or decoration, such as a gold band. We offer most of our collections in a variety of options; if you don’t specify, we default to the plain or white version. Be sure. Once an order is entered we cannot add or remove product from that order — we can only cancel an open order. Confirm the order. Our inventory is fluid and moves as quickly as you do. If you delay order approval, inventory levels may change.

Save time. Your time is valuable ‒ don’t waste it by having to call in payment for every order. Plus, you are only billed for what ships when it ships (no pre-paying for product). All orders are secured with PCI compliant credit card data protection.
Order early. Shipping can take 7-10 business days. Order early to avoid delays. If product will be needed sooner, please indicate your need-by date and we will do our best to accommodate. Stay safe. To reduce the number of people in our warehouse, we cannot offer warehouse pickups. Plan for delivery. As carriers manage increased shipping demands, we only deliver Monday-Friday.
