VALUES

We live and work with our core entrepreneurial values every day. They are central to who we are as people and how we act as professionals.

Integrity

We believe integrity is the root of success. This means not cutting corners to expedite a process. It means being transparent with our customers, suppliers, partners, employees, and within our community. We put the team first, working hard to come together as a well-integrated whole. We don’t do it because it’s expected; we do it because it’s the right thing to do.

Loyalty

We are only as strong as our relationships, so we are committed to loyalty. Whether it be in our customer service and high satisfaction, our partnerships with companies within our supply chain, or our supportive employee dynamic, loyalty is a constant in how we interact.

Leadership

Leadership isn’t a ranking or sales figure—it’s a dedication to improving. We want to improve our industry’s products, practices, policies, and processes, which we do through vision and courage. We envision new ways of doing and are also willing to try, fail, adjust, and try again. Leading is a tall order, but the reward is a better way for all.

Innovation

From day one, we didn’t subscribe to “business as usual.” We saw what we could improve and worked towards changing the norm for the better. Our ability to see our marketplace as it could be, rather than as it is, gives us an innovative lens that keeps us inspired and moving forward.

TONE

Our tone is thoughtfully interconnected, depending equally upon speaking in a way that’s knowledgeable, approachable, and inclusive.

Knowledgeable

Knowing that our audience desires different styles creates our drive to stay ahead of the tableware trend. We live in the industry, and understand first-hand what our customers like or don’t like about their tableware.

Approachable

It doesn’t help to say that our ceramics are twice-fired, without adding that our firing temperatures provide the durability needed to withstand the most rigorous kitchen conditions. When we are approachable, we become helpful, relatable, and real.

Inclusive

Most meals are eaten with others. Similarly, the best meals take a team to create. We take the same approach in how we communicate. We don’t talk at our customers, rather with. Our customer solutions team makes business as easy as a conversation with friends.

COMMUNITY

Our community means everything to us. We set out to provide a positive impact on the quality of life for organizations close to our hearts. Supporting veterans, hunger relief, hospitals, and medical centers, we aim to improve the quality of life for individuals facing unique challenges.
