In September 2019, the 80-bed inpatient Encompass Health Deaconess Rehabilitation Hospital opened and offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Finally, Heritage Woods has just broken ground and will provide 120 private onebedroom and studio senior assisted living in the senior lifestyle facility.

WHAT IS SOMETHING WE MIGHT NOT KNOW ABOUT THE WARRICK WELLNESS TRAIL? A brand-new, county-wide, 105-mile, fiber backbone project is underway in Warrick County with Mainstream Fiber out of Nashville, Indiana. Stretching across the county, this project will bring blazing fast, world-class speeds of 100 gigabits up and 100 gigabits down the Warrick Wellness Trail. Fiber is the infrastructure of the 21st century, and this will be available for current and future advances in both technology and medicine.
