The Bridal Suite Our bridal suite is provided complimentary to share your first night as newlyweds when you book both your wedding breakfast & evening buffet with us. Entertainment Evening disco's are available at a cost £160.00 with our very own resident disc jockey starting from 7pm. Personal Wedding Co-ordinator You will have a personal wedding co-ordinator to help you plan and organise your big day who will also be on hand to ensure smooth running on the day. Cake stand and knife We have a square or round cake stand and a cake knife for you to use on the day.
Accommodation Room 1 consists of 2 single beds and ensuite. It includes a sofa, television and coffee table with tea/coffee making facilities. The room has also been adapted to take wheelchairs. Price per night £79.00 Room 2 consists of a king size bed with ensuite. It has a magnificent old stone fireplace and a round table with 2 chairs. It includes tea & coffee facilities and television. Price per night £79.00 Room 3 is our Family room and has a double bed with tea/coffee making facilities and television. It has a separate single room and separate bathroom. Price per night £89.00 Double only £79.00 Single only £49.00 Room 4 consists of a double four poster bed with ensuite. It includes a dressing table, tea/coffee facilities and a television. Price per night £79.00 Continental breakfast is served to your room in the morning, please specify time when checking-in. All rooms require a £30 non-refundable deposit when booking. Payment Methods & Terms and Conditions On confirmation of your wedding booking we will require a £500 deposit, a second deposit of £500 is required 6 months from your original booking date. Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. The final balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. We accept cash, cheque, debit and credit cards. Please Note, once all monies are paid prior to your wedding date - they are non-refundable. A fee of £150 is required for all civil and commitment ceremonies held at The Coach House. You must make arrangements with Neath registry office to confirm the time and date of your wedding ceremony. Any Cake or food items left will be disposed of after 3 days. Coaches and Taxis For consideration of our neighbours, please ask the coach company to wait outside with the engine turned off.
