April 1st, 2017 marks one year that Real Property Management Advantage has been in operation. Many changes have come to our company, and we would like to thank all of you for your support over the past year! It is said that change is never easy, but when you apply and dedicate yourself to something you can lead yourself to a new beginning. We began implementing several company wide changes one year ago, after a lengthy development period. While the process may not have been a simple & smooth transition, we have experienced a lot of growth internally. It does not go without saying however, that change can be a difficult process. In the end, we have established consistency as a company, we have reÂaligned our processes, adopted an amazing PM software system and we can better serve you! Thank you, from all of us here at Real Property Management Advantage!

Create this Countdown to Easter! Put a piece of paper in each egg with something to pray for and tie the eggs onto wire so they can hang. You can just hang a wire on the wall between two nails (leave the tension loose so it will hang properly). Open one every day!
1. There are usually 2 holes in the bottom of your plastic egg. Thread your pipe cleaner up through one hole and back down the second hole. 2. Pull the pipe cleaner up and around to make sure they are even on both ends. Close the plastic egg. 3. Twist the two ends together to make a firm and strong pipe cleaner flower stem. If you can find metallic plastic eggs, try putting together a bouquet like the one in the picture to the right. If you cannot find the right colour, you can spray paint the eggs in colours that match your decor.

If it's a true problem, solve it. But, don't gossip about it. Either fix it or don't talk about it. You may think that now that you're the lead, you're finally exempt from doing the tasks that you always hated. For instance, if you're the team lead in a store, your team might be responsible for cleaning the customer restrooms. Make sure you're on the schedule for that. While it's an unpleasant task, your team members will respect you if they see you taking your turn. I grew up in Oklahoma where severe weather is common from early spring through the end of summer. I recall one evening when the sky boiled with dark clouds, the TV weather forecaster warned of an approaching tornado, and the electricity went out. Very quickly, my parents, my sister, and I climbed down the wooden ladder into the storm cellar behind our house where we stayed until the storm passed by. Today “storm chasing” has become a hobby for many people and a profitable business for others. The goal is to get as close as possible to a tornado without being harmed. Many storm chasers are skilled forecasters with accurate information, but I won’t sign up for a tornado tour anytime soon. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." (Proverbs 3:5) In moral and spiritual areas of my life, however, I can foolishly pursue dangerous things God tells me to avoid because of His love for me, all the time believing I won’t be harmed. A wiser approach is to read the book of Proverbs, which contains many positive ways to elude these snares of life. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding,” Solomon wrote. “In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” (Prov. 3:56).
